For a few years now I have been an NVQ Assessor working for various companies, all of whom ultimately disappointed me in one way or another. Mainly because the focus on the actual needs of the learners were always secondary. So it is refreshing to find a company that puts people first.
I believe in people and always want to help them to achieve the best that they can be, which is why the ethos of CCK is so appealing to me.
Last year I was involved in delivering an NVQ qualification to a member of CCK which involved a lot of beating....but I digress. On board now to help design a full-on NVQ/Apprenticeship programme (to go with the internships already in place).
